  The Customer will indemnify, defend and save harmless the Company from and against any and all loss, damage, injury both to persons and property, liability and all claims or suits therefore by, or on behalf of any person, concern or corporation when such loss, damage, injury or liability is alleged to have arisen from the negligent performance of, or the negligent failure to perform, any test or inspection in connection with work performed under this Contract or is alleged to have arisen from any breach of warranty in connection with such work, except when such loss, damage or injury results from acts of negligence on the part of the Company’s personnel where such acts are outside the scope of the actual work of where such acts, within the scope of the actual work, result solely from the conduct of the Company’s personnel. The Company will give reasonable notice to the Customer of any such claim or suit.   学院历来重视教材建设，曾多次在全国统编教材的招标中，以较大的优势中标。在1992年中国人民银行总行组织的13部全国统编教材招标中，中标6部并全部由学院教师任主编。在1997年中国人民银行总行组织的第二次9部全国统编教材的招标中，中标4部并全部由学院教师任主编。另外，在财政部、建设部组织的全国统编教材招标中，学院教师也担任了部分教材的主编。工程管理专业成立以来，学院一如既往地高度重视工程管理专业的教材建设，许多常年在教学与科研第一线的中、老年教师和一批脱颖而出的青年教师，根据他们丰富的教学内容和科研成果，结合工作实际和国内外工程管理最新动态，撰写出多部供工程管理专业使用的教材及教学参考书。学院组织编写了21世纪高等院校工程管理专业系列教材，目前已公开出版6部。据统计，1990年以来，学院教师已公开出版教材69部。
